Return and Exchanges

As we check all our products carefully before shipping them to you, you should receive them in excellent condition. However, please contact us at: if the item sent to you is incorrect or defective. 

We offer exchange on items found to be defective due to our fault. Defect(s) caused by the fault of third party or customer's fault cannot be exchanged.

You should report the problem to us within 3 days after receiving the product and return it to us within 7 days on receipt of your order. Please send us clear photos of the item(s) in the original condition and state the reason(s) for return.

Glitter Friday will only accept items in their original condition and packaging i.e. no wear and tear or odours and all original tags must still be attached. Glitter Friday will not be responsible for returns that do not reach us and hence, we recommend you insure your parcel for its appropriate value. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note that there may be a slight difference between our written size measurements and the actual product measurements and this variance will not be considered as a defect. There may also be a slight difference in actual color of product due to different monitors/settings used and will not be considered as a defect.
