Go to our homepage bottom where you can enter your email address and then click on SUBSCRIBE. This allows you to sign up straightaway without registering an account. However, registering an account is free of charge and your shipping address and details are saved for your online shopping convenience with us. To register an account with us, please click on ACCOUNT at the top right hand corner of this website. 

You get many benefits when you sign up for our newsletter. Not only are you informed of exclusive discounts and styles, you will also get first hand news when there are new arrivals!

You can use our search tool located at the top right hand corner of our website if you have a specific product type or name in mind. For example, if you are looking for a choker, simply type this word in the search tool, hit enter and it will automatically find related items for you.

 

7)      Do I need to create an account to shop at your website? (top)

Yes, is is for your shopping convenience.

Setting up an account with us makes shopping at GlitterFriday convenient for you as you do not have to key in your details each time you make a purchase. Also, you will receive benefits like exclusive discounts and styles, ability to track your orders and first hand notifications of new arrivals in store.

After you add the items to your shopping cart, click on "Proceed To Checkout" and you will be brought to Checkout Page where you can register an account with us.

 

8)      Can I change the details in my account? (top)

Yes. You can log into your account at any time to modify any detail such as your shipping address or password. To log into your account, go to ACCOUNT --> LOG IN in the top right hand corner of this website.

 

9)  How to order? 3 easy steps! (top)

a)  Please kindly register for free by clicking on ACCOUNT --> CREATE AN ACCOUNT in the top right hand corner of this website. This will allow for easy log-in in the future as well as the ability to subscribe to our newsletters where we inform customers of exclusive sales and new arrivals.

b)  Choose the quantity that you will like to purchase. Then click on “Add to cart” on the item page that you wish to purchase. 

c)  Then, click on “Proceed to Checkout” where you will be guided on how to make payment through Paypal. You will be redirected to Paypal webpage where you will make payment to our email address: glitterfridaysales@gmail.com

If you have a Paypal account, please choose on the option “Have a Paypal account” and log into your account to make payment to us. But if you do not have a Paypal account, simply choose the option “Don’t have a Paypal account” to check out as a Paypal guest.

Payments accepted for all customers worldwide: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.

For customers located in Singapore, you can also choose to pay by ATM bank transfer/Internet banking (ibanking). Please refer to question 11 below on how to make payment to us via ATM bank transfer/ibanking instead.

For all customers worldwide, you can make Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover or Paypal payment. Please refer to question 9 above.

For shoppers in Singapore, you can also choose to pay by ATM bank transfer/Internet banking (ibanking). Please refer to question 11 for smooth ATM/ibanking transfers.

12)  Do you restock out-of-stock items? (top)

If you wish to make purchase of out-of-stock items, simply enter your email address on the item page and click on NOTIFY ME and we will notify you when the item is back in stock. Please do not worry as your email address will not be shared. 

 

13)  Are your photographs of your items accurate? (top)

Glitter Friday strives to display as accurately as possible the colors/description of our items displayed on our website. However, due to inevitable differences in monitor settings, photographs may not reflect 100% of the items themselves. Also, please note that size measurements in each product description are our guide only. There may be a slight deviation in our given measurements from the actual products. In such cases, the variance will not be considered as a defect. Glitter Friday will not be responsible for the slight deviation in colors/measurements.  

 

14)  Do you do exchanges/refunds? (top)

15)  How do I use the discount code? (top)

After you have created an account with us, add the items you wish to purchase to shopping cart. You will be brought to the checkout page where you will see a table that says “Discount Codes” and “Enter your coupon code if you have one”. In this white box, key in the discount code you have and click on “Apply Coupon”. You will see that the final price will be reduced by your coupon amount. Eg. If you have a 10% discount coupon code, the final price will be reduced by 10%. You can then click on “Proceed to checkout”.

 

16) What currency do you use? (top)

Our default currency is SGD (Singapore Dollar). To view the items in other currencies, please go to the top right hand corner of this website to change. You can choose to view in other currencies such as AUD, USD, MYR, etc. Simply click on the abbreviation of your country currency. Eg. to view in Malaysian Ringgit, simply choose MYR.

 

17) How do I know if the item has been shipped out? (top)

LOG IN to your account and go to "My Account" at the top. Then, go to "My Orders" in the left hand bar to view the status. You will also receive email updates from us on the progress of your order. 

 

18) How long does it take for the item(s) to reach me? (top)

Please refer to our Shipping Options page at the bottom of this website for more information or click here. Please note that we take time to process all your orders. Processing time is usually between 1-3 working days.

Yes we deliver to work addresses and hotel concierge as well. Please ensure that someone will be there to take receipt of the items.
